Cancellation of the exam – Redirecting candidates
In a scenario when only a small number of candidates have registered for a certain examination type (under 20 persons nationally) the examination center may decide, after consultation with telc gGmbH, to postpone the exam, or redirect the applicants to a different exam location. In this case you have several options. You can accept the alternative location and take the exam; or request full refund of the examination fee; or submit an application for a later examination date.
In this scenario, you are not required to pay any postponement fee
