Exam fee refund
Candidates may cancel their exam prior to the 22nd day before the exam date.
Cancellations can be submitted online until the date published by the examination center, by clicking on Cancellation, request for refund.
If your cancellation is submitted prior to the 32nd day before the exam date, you are eligible for full refund. If the cancellation is submitted between the 32nd and 22nd day before the exam date, you are eligible for a partial refund.
You need to pay the exam fee in full in advance in order to be able to take the exam.
The administrative fee is payable to the exam center regardless of your eligibility for refund.
You are required to pay a late cancellation fee within one week of the exam date in case you are unable to attend and your absence is justified. Your request will be reviewed by the head of the exam center based on the documents you provide.
