telc Deutsch B2·C1 Medizin Fachsprachprüfung is a German language test at competence level B2 and C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).

In the group written exam general and workplace-related German language situations at level B2 are tested. In the oral exam and the composition of a doctor’s note specific medical situations at level C1 is the focus of attention.

telc Deutsch B2·C1 Medizin Fachsprachprüfung focuses on lexical and grammar issues at the upper end of B2 and C1. At level C1 a specific medical lexical range which may occur in many situations when working in a hospital in a German speaking country. The examination is closely aligned to the regulations established by Conference of Minister of Health, June 2014. Successful candidates prove their general German language knowledge at level B2 and their very specific medial German language knowledge at level C1.
