Receiving the certificate
Candidates will receive the certificate of successful exam within 60 days from the date of the examination at the latest. In addition to the Hungarian state language exam certificate, candidates will also receive the internationally recognised telc certificate issued by telc gGmbH if they pass the complex language examination.
How will I receive it?
Candidates can pick up their language test certificate at the exam centre where they submitted their application. Candidates can collect their language test certificates in person at the relevant test center during customer service hours by presenting a valid identity card. Receiving information about exam results over the phone is not possible.
What should I do if I am unable to receive my certificate in person?
You may send someone else with a written authorization to receive your certificate.
I applied for complex examination but succeeded only in part. Can I still get a certificate?
Yes, successful written or oral exam results (English, German B1, B2, C1) are rewarded with the appropriate certificate. In this scenario, a partial exam certificate and an international result sheet is issued.
